A practice, not an agency.
ArchXS exists around one method: architecture on demand. Architectural effort is sized to the risk of a specific decision, and in its continuous variant, architecture as a service, it replaces a staff architect where a staff position would not hold its own. The method's precondition is a combination that usually drifts apart with seniority: architecture at scale and uninterrupted hands-on delivery.
The practice grew out of two decades in organisations where an architectural mistake is expensive: eight years in global card payments under PCI-DSS, enterprise architecture at a state development bank and on a core banking replacement, technology leadership at a regulated fintech, a national-scale blockchain product, and most recently technology in manufacturing, from the plant floor to e-commerce.
Code is written in parallel. More than a dozen active production repositories, backend systems in two independent ecosystems, web and mobile applications, industrial integrations, custom identity-server extensions, open-source tooling. This is not a portfolio, it is how recommendations get tested before they are handed to someone else.
That is where the scope of this site comes from. You will not find a biography or conference photographs, because they are not the subject of the work. You will find positions, evidence and writing from which a way of thinking can be judged, and that is the only thing anyone really buys in advisory work.
