Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through this site is Dariusz Tyszka, running an advisory practice under the ArchXS name. Contact for data protection matters: contact@archxs.com.
What we collect
Only what you provide yourself: name, email address, optionally an organisation name, and the content of your message. The site does not use cookies for marketing or profiling. Visit statistics, where collected, are aggregated and do not identify individuals.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed to answer your enquiry and potentially to begin working together, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in the services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and once an engagement begins, to perform it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
The contact form and call booking are operated by external service providers who process the data solely on our behalf. Email is handled by a mail hosting provider. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.
Retention
Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Data relating to a completed engagement is kept for the period required by tax law and limitation periods for claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
